ROADS AMERICA (2001-2006)

Roads America is comprised of 12 images made between 1999 and 2001. The artist travelled from The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco to Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada and to the New England Country Side. The resulting images, Roads America, were exhibited first in Washington D.C. at the Ralls Collection (2002),  then at Patrick Verelst Gallery, Antwerp (2003), The Soho House New York (2004), Gallery Kayafas Boston (2005), Bjorn Ressle Fine Art, New York (2006, 2007), Art Under Glass, Macy’s New York (2007). The work received notable reviews in Art News (May 2006, illus. p. 169), M The New York Art World (2006), Art New England (Aug.-Sept. 2005), The Georgetown and Washington City paper (July 2002). A Catalogue with essay written by Robert Edelman is available upon request.

EDITION DETAILS: 6 ROADS were created in large scale format (60 x 43 in.), UNIQUE PRINTS, Silver gelatin, mounted on aluminum and framed in a deep white box. One image, From Ojo Caliente to Abiquiu (ROADS AMERICA) was created in an Edition of 2. The complete series of 12 ROADS, exists in 24 x 20 in. Unique Edition - Not for sale.
